AM Fagan Estate Agents is an independent estate agents based in Coatbridge, but selling property throughout Lanarkshire.
The business is owned and run by Alison Fagan, a Coatbridge local who has been selling property in the area for over 20 years.
In 2015 it became apparent to Alison that the property market was changing and evolving, Alison didn’t want to become one of the many faceless on-line estate agents. So she decided there was a better way of doing things that combined both the power of the internet and the best bits of being a traditional estate agency. This is how AM Fagan was born.
